About the Course
The BSc (Hons) Web Design and Development degree at UCLan Cyprus is built for students who want to do more than use the web they want to build it. Over three years you will move from the fundamentals of HTML and CSS through to JavaScript, responsive design, UX research and full-stack development, picking up the search-engine-optimisation skills that make real websites findable, not just functional.
Every module is project-based. You will leave with a portfolio of live websites, not just exam scripts, and with the practical habits clean code, accessible markup, performance-minded design that employers actually screen for. Small class sizes mean direct feedback from tutors who are practising designers and developers themselves.
Graduates go on to work as front-end developers, UX/UI designers, digital marketing specialists and freelance web consultants across Cyprus, the wider EU and beyond.
